AeroSearchAI ("the Service") is provided by Dot Aero (OPC) Private Limited (trading as Aero Business Solutions) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
AeroSearchAI is a web-based SEO companion tool that provides website audits, performance insights from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and AI-powered recommendations. The Service is designed for informational and decision-support purposes and is not a substitute for professional SEO services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access data belonging to other users, using automated tools to scrape or overload the Service, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing malware, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
When you connect your Google accounts, you grant AeroSearchAI read-only access to your Search Console and Analytics data. You can revoke this access at any time through the dashboard or your Google account settings. Our use of Google data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.
The Service is offered on a Free plan and on paid subscription plans (e.g. Pro, Agency). The Free plan includes limited features such as one project, basic audits, and up to 3 AI recommendations. Paid plans offer extended capabilities and are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required. We may change plan features and pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until then. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are additionally governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase alongside these Terms.
The Service, including all software, content, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Dot Aero (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service, or remove any proprietary notices. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, which will result in the removal of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
