AeroSearchAI, operated by Dot Aero (OPC) Private Limited, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

2. How to Request a Refund

Our payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@aerobusinesssolutions.com with your order reference and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. For renewal charges, please reach out promptly — we will review renewal-related refund requests on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's refund handling.

4. Paddle Refund Policy

Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders, refunds are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and Checkout Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
